The House Financial Services Committee announced the postponement of two hearings initially scheduled for July 30, 2024.

The first hearing, organized by the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, was titled “The Fall of ESG: Scrutinizing the Failed Use of Environmental, Social, & Governance Standards and the Influence of Proxy Advisors.” It was set to take place at 10:00 AM ET in Room 2128 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The second hearing, organized by the Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion Subcommittee, was titled “Decoding DeFi: Breaking Down the Future of Decentralized Finance.” This hearing was scheduled for 2:00 PM ET on the same day and at the same location.

No new dates have been provided for these hearings.
