On Wednesday, March 5, former Northeast High School standout Marcus Kinch’s current college team, the Covenant Scots, won 17-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Eastern Mennonite Royals.

The game took place at Covenant Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Royals this season.

The Scots’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at Chappell Park against Emory Eagles.
