On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Montgomery Central High School standout Katie Brooks’ current college team, the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.

The game took place at Sand Mountain Park. This was their first matchup against the Hurricanes this season.

The Trojans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1:55 p.m. at Sand Mountain Park against Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
