Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Deputy Morse was awarded the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association Outstanding Achievement Award

On June 9, 2022 Deputy Morse was awarded the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association Outstanding Achievement Award. 

Deputy Morse graduated the Walters State Community College Police Academy on June 9th where he was presented this prestigious award. 

The award is given to a cadet that works for a sheriff’s office who has shown outstanding leadership through the nine week police academy. 

Academy Director Travis Stansell stated, “Deputy Morse was upbeat, encouraging, and provided leadership as both a squad leader and as an overall leader in the class.” 

The award is selected by the academy faculty. 

Kudos Deputy Morse for setting the bar in law enforcement for Montgomery County!
