He served 7 years in the Patrol Division and was promoted to the rank of Corporal in 2019. During his time in the Patrol Division, he also served on the Traffic Enforcement Unit.

Sergeant Timothy Stavely began his career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2018, however he previously served with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and McEwen Police Department before coming to Montgomery County. After 2 years on patrol, he was promoted to the rank of Investigator in the Criminal Investigations Division where he has served for the past 2 years.

Peers, friends, and family joined the event and contributed to the ceremonial pinning of rank and badges. We wish them all continued success in their new roles.
