The House Financial Services Committee, led by Chairman French Hill (AR-02), has announced its Organizational Meeting for the 119th Congress. The meeting will include a full committee markup of several resolutions. These resolutions involve appointing members to subcommittees, establishing committee rules, and forming a Task Force on Monetary Policy, Treasury Market Resilience, and Economic Prosperity. Additionally, the Oversight and Authorization Plan for the 119th Congress will be addressed.

The meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET in room 2128 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Information about the markup, including a livestream and relevant documents, will be made available as the date approaches.
