County Sheriff | Stewart County Sheriff's Office Gov

The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and their K-9's attended a one (1) week school last week put on by the National Narcotic Detector Dog Association and was hosted by Henry County. The school focused on Narcotic Searches, Apprehension and Search and Rescue. The instructors did different scenario's for training purposes, this is a yearly certification for on going continuous training for our Deputies and K-9's to better protect and serve our community. There were agencies from all over the United States and different instructors teaching with a total of 53 K-9's. Congratulations Sgt. MacDonald, K-9 Harry, Sgt. Keatts, K-9 Stormy and FTO/K-9 Deputy Wilburn and K-9 Rico. Thank you all for your services!!!
